Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility and Registration

pk364 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to use any specific pk364 product or promotional offer.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active pk364 account. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. If you suspect someone has created a pk364 account using your details without your consent, contact support immediately.

Account Rules and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk364 login credentials, including your username and password. pk364 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted on your account is your responsibility unless you have notified pk364 of unauthorised access.

• You must not access or attempt to access another player's pk364 account.
• You must keep your contact information (mobile number, email) up to date at all times.
• pk364 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification may result in account restriction.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on pk364 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk364 accepts the following deposit methods:

Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the pk364 system.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are subject to additional latency rules. There may be a short delay between placing an in-play bet and confirmation. During this period, pk364 may accept or refuse the bet depending on whether a material change in the game state has occurred.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand, pk364 will follow standard market-specific settlement rules. In most cases, settled bets are void and stakes returned.
• pk364 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds caused by a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary depending on the event and your account history. pk364 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your pk364 account balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement occurs as soon as the official result is confirmed.

Live Casino Rules

pk364's live casino section, which includes live roulette and live baccarat, is operated using real human dealers working from professional studios. The following rules apply to all live casino activity on pk364:

• All live casino games are conducted using certified equipment. The outcomes of live roulette and baccarat games are determined by genuine physical results, not software algorithms.
• Once a betting window closes on a live casino game, no further bets can be placed for that round. Bets placed after the window closes will be rejected by the system.
• If a technical interruption occurs during a live casino session (disconnection, stream failure), bets already placed and confirmed remain valid. pk364 will settle these bets based on available records and video evidence from the studio.
• pk364 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred due to a player's internet connection dropping during a live session, provided the game outcome was determined correctly on the server side.

Refer a Friend Programme

The pk364 Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn Rs 2,000 PKR for each friend they successfully refer to pk364. The following conditions govern the programme:

• To qualify, the referred friend must register a new pk364 account using the referrer's unique referral code or link, make a first deposit of at least Rs 200, and place a qualifying first bet that settles.
• The referred friend must be a genuinely new pk364 player – they must not previously have held a pk364 account, and they must not share a device, IP address, or payment method with the referrer.
• The Rs 2,000 referral reward is credited to the referrer's pk364 account as real cash balance (not bonus funds) once the qualifying conditions above are met.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk364 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using pk364 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with pk364.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through technical exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes, particularly in live casino games.
• Attempting to access pk364's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

Responsible Gaming

pk364 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help our players stay in control. All of the following are available from your pk364 account settings at no cost and take effect immediately or within 24 hours as noted:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your pk364 account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk364's total liability to any player for any loss or damage arising from the use of pk364 services shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk364 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network outages on the player's side.
• pk364 is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.
• pk364 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur, and bets placed immediately before a planned maintenance window may be voided with stakes returned.
• Odds displayed on pk364 are subject to change. pk364 is not liable for financial losses resulting from a player acting on odds that have since been updated.

Privacy and Data
